Trade Forward Conference: GADOT Highlights the Importance of Resilient Supply Chains

Geopolitical developments and growing uncertainties in international trade make resilient supply chains a critical success factor for industry and the economy.

At the Trade Forward Conference in Israel, GADOT Group CEO Opher Linchevsky emphasized that security of supply today extends far beyond strategic reserves. Crucial factors are integrated logistics networks and a robust infrastructure that enable the reliable import, storage, and distribution of critical raw materials, even under challenging conditions.

For GADOT, resilience means the intelligent networking of maritime logistics, port and terminal infrastructure, warehousing, distribution, and end-to-end supply chain solutions. Through continuous investments in infrastructure, international trade lanes, and integrated logistics, the group strengthens chemical and industrial supply chains far beyond Israel.

In addition, new international trade corridors such as the India–Middle East–Europe Corridor (IMEC) are becoming increasingly important. They create additional connectivity, promote the diversification of global supply chains, and make an important contribution to their long-term resilience. The central message of the conference was clear: resilient supply chains are built on long-term investments in infrastructure, connectivity, and integrated supply chain solutions.
